Our main aim is to encourage social stimulation, interaction and help you remain as mobile and independent as possible, and have a great day out at the same time. We hope to do this by offering a wide and varied choice of activities each day.

Apart from the usual board and table games, cards and dominoes we enjoy keep fit sessions (gentle chair exercises), darts tournaments, flower arranging, reminiscence sessions and craft afternoons. We also have visiting entertainers who will get you singing and dancing as well as informative speakers giving interesting talks and slide shows on a variety of topics.

For those who may prefer to sit quietly for a while we have daily newspapers to read and there is a computer available so you can use the internet.

We like to make the best of the weather, so during the summer months we hire a narrow boat and spend the day on the canal with a picnic lunch. Throughout the year we have day trips out to the local pubs for a spot of lunch. We often have a quiet stroll round the many garden centres or a local farm shop. Why not have a look at our Gallery page and see what else we get up to?
